Jim G: Goodevening everyone. Tonight….the Amiga. Hopefully we can stay on for more than 15 minutes this time. We're starting with 10 guests and a handfule of questions. We'll be going until about 11:00 EST (two hours). I've got some interesting new info from the West Coast Commodore Show last weekend but I'll wait and see what people are asking first. And we're off…..
QuestionIs the AMIGA capable of operating with a RGBI monitor, specifically the 1902 in the RGBI mode?
Jim G: Yes. The Amiga supports TV, Composite, RGBI and RGB analog. RGBI isn't discussed very much becaus it is limited to 16 colors.
QuestionWill any version of ROMwack be able to produce its output to the Amiga screen?
Jim G: That's a developers's tool only now, and I'm not kept abreast of all the updates in that area. In other words. ??? Question What kinds of productivity software is available for the Amiga now? Well. Out of spreadsheet, database and graphics only the spreadsheet is available now. The package is called Analyze! from Micro-Systems and it is VERY nice. It supports 8000+ rows by 256 columns and includes something like 40 function formulas such as average, payments and sums. Micro-Systems has a graphics package to follow (5-6 weeks). They also have a word processor coming in a week or so (Scribble!). I've heard that a pretty good Public Domain Data Base is about to be released, but no info. In general, productivity programs are a little harder than games and will take a little longer to materialize.
Question? How many people are signed up for this session (ie. how many are we waiting on)?
Jim G: We're at 24 quests and 17 questions.
QuestionWill there be a Workbench 1.2?
Jim G: As soon as 1.1 was released, 1.2 was started. (as soon as 1.2 is released 1.3 will be started)
QuestionHelllo JIM, This is BRADM. I would like to know how compatable with the IBM the AMIGA truley is. 100%??
Jim G: Not 100%. We're hoping for about 90%. The true goal though is to be compatible with the SoftSel top 20 list. Right now two packages (Symphony and Flight Simulator) are keeping us from accomplishing that.
QuestionIs it true that a higher quality video monitor (than the 1080) will not flicker? What qualities decrease the flicker?
Jim G: A slow phospher monitor is what you are refering to. Flicker is caused because in hires the screen is redrawn 30 times a second rather than 60. You can see the flicker of the redraw at 30 times per second. With a slow phospher monitor, the screen doesn't have time to fade. I saw a color slow phospher monitor at Amiga last week and it was BEAUTIFUL! (Monitor will run $500+)
QuestionJim hows the Amiga doing. It's been rea lly hard to find in Boston area. But I actually saw one last week and 2 other stores are offering them in today's pape r at less then retail price. What is yo ur projected sales goal???
Jim G: The last sales goal I heard was 30-50K by the end of the year. We made that (barely with about 33K). Figures now are up near 40K. Reports are they are still selling well.
Questionhi jim. Can you tell me what kind of sys tems debugger Romwack is?
Jim G: No. I either just don't know or I'm not sure what you're asking.
QuestionWill those of us who sent in cards for Rom Manuals be getting them soon? Is this being handled by CBM?
Jim G: Preliminary ROM manuals started going out last week. Addison-Wesley is publishing them. They will be available nationally in final form (in bookstores) by the end of March.
QuestionAre the current Amiga's being shipped wi th ABasiC or microsoft basic?
Jim G: Microsoft BASIC (AmigaBASIC) has been shipped with the machines since before Christmas.
QuestionIs there any word on a Basic compiler for either ABasiC or Amiga Basic?
Jim G: I believe Abacus is working on one. Be sure to check out the Input/Output newsletter under User Group support in CIN. We have a complete list of all software and hardware we know being developed for the Amiga (and 128) with dates. We'll hopefully beupdating that list monthly.
QuestionI haven't seen much technical info for the AMIGA. SO excuse me if this question seems arrogant. But what is the storage capacity of the 3.5 minidisks??
Jim G: Arrogant? Never. 880K (double sided double density).
QuestionIn addition to the 25% educational discount now available, are there any other special deals or price cuts planned?
Jim G: Maybe, maybe not. That's not fair.
QuestionWhere can we obtain specs for the performance/function of the external connected bus?
Jim G: Hardware manuals from Addison-Wesley.
QuestionThe Amiga SIG will meet in Public Room "Amiga SIG" following Jim's session in the Auditorium. – AmigaAmigo –
Jim G: Take note
QuestionThere was an article in sept or oct COMP UTE about someone who put IBM emulator on disk.True? Availability?
Jim G: Commodore is working on one called the Transformer. Yes it is on disk. Because the entire operating system is on disk there is the ability to be creative.
QuestionIs there a replacement offering for the 1080 Monitor in the cards from COMMODORE in the near future?
Jim G: No. The 1080 serves its function. If anything, we might offer a second, more expensive monitor as an option. (not a product at this point just a guess)
QuestionThe current issue of Amiga World listed about a 100 software packages now availa ble for the Amiga is that an accurate estimate?
Jim G: I would say so. Remember though that many aren't really worth a whole mention. There are three companies (nameless) who together have almost 30 products out on a level with the Commodore Public domain disks. Buyer beware out there right now. Everyone is trying to jump on and make a buck.
QuestionIs it possible to use a 1660 modem in th e Amiga. If not is Commodore working on a device that would allow it?
Jim G: We are working on the 1680, a standard RS-232 hayes smartmodem compatible 1200 baud modem (mouthful). It would be a little tricky to use a 1660.
QuestionIs the Amiga compatible with peripherals made for other Commodore machines?
Jim G: No. Exceptions are the MPS1000 printer and the 1702 or 1902 monitors (composite and RGBI modes)
Question? Hi Jim. I'm wondering about Amiga bugs. How big a prob. is this? For example, I've heard that the DOS is loaded with 'em. – RedCam –
Jim G: Bugs is bugs. I won't say there aren't any, but I haven't found any that make life too tough yet. Besides, someday there will be 1.2
QuestionWhat software is like Mus. constr.set?
Jim G: Musicraft (Commodore) Music Studio (Activision) and Deluxe Music Construction Kit (Electronic Art
Questionwhat uses does commodore have for the expansion port do date?
Jim G: Hard drive, 8Mbyte of external RAM, video digitizer, clock board… Its THE bus for the system.
QuestionI have heard about the AMIGA'S multi-tasking. How many programs can the AMIGA run at once?? For example could a multiple line BBS be run on ONE AMIGA??
Jim G: BBS-PC from Micro-Systems is a bulletin board system that runs in the background (as a separate task). This means you can forget about it and do whatever else you want. The amiga is NOT multi-user which means that basically only one phone line can come in at a time. By-the -way theoretical limitation is 50 programs at once. Not easy though because of memory.
Questionwhat exactly IS kickstart?
Jim G: Kickstart is the operating system for the amiga. It is what is usually located on ROM in the computer. (kernal ROM in the 64)
QuestionIs an Amiga CAD system being developed?
Jim G: Yes. Aegis is working on Aegis Draw. It should also be compatible with graphic tablets from Kurta and Anakin Research.
QuestionIs the Transformer (LOUSY marketing job there, naming an important business application after a toy robot!) actually available to end-users yet? Which ver? Graphics support? Hardware address adder circuit?
Jim G: Never noticed the relationship before. Not yet available (March). No extended graphics. Don't understand the last part.
QuestionWhy was AmigaDOS based on TripOS in- stead of Motorola's own fantastic multi- user multi-tasking VERY efficient UNIX- like 68000 operating system, OS/9-68K?
Jim G: Good question. Don't enough about OS/9 to give a real answer.
Questionwhat is the maximum internal memory avai lable for the amiga?
Jim G: 512K
QuestionDo you know if anyone has replaced the 68000 with the 68020, and what the increase in performance would be?
Jim G: A straight replacement yields about a 10-15% increase. CSA out of San Diego has a real 68020 board (12.5Mhz) with an optional 68881 math co-processor (about $1500). Increase there is about 70%. They're having a few compatability problems however from what I hear.
QuestionI am a german exchange student and I'd like to buy the AMIGA, when I am back in Germany. Do you know, when the AMIGA is available in Germany ???
Jim G: If I'm not mistaken the grand european launch is coming up real soon. Ok. 1/2 hour down. 26 guests, 40 questions. Please be patient I'm about 15 minutes behind.
QuestionWhat about COMAL for the Amiga? I'll write it myself, if no one else will!!!
Jim G: Glad you asked. We tried IBM Comal under the transformer and it ran wonderfully. (machine language routines and all). I have headr about an Amiga version. NOTE: Look for a new magazine called Amazing Computing. Its dedicated to the Amiga and is filled with good rumors and interesting tidbits.
QuestionIs there any way to display a picture or brush developed with Deluxe Paint using Amiga Basic?
Jim G: No one has developed a way, YET. Nothing is impossible. There is a public domain program called DPSLIDE for making a slideshow of Dpaint pictures.
QuestionCurrently Amiga World is the only magazi ne that is Amiga specific does Commodore plan an Amiga specific magazine or do you know of any other publishers who are ? planning one?
Jim G: Beet you too it. Also watch Byte. Latest issue gave about 25 pages to the Amiga including a bunch of stuff off of BIX their BBS (of course our my mags Microcomputers, will also be talking about the amiga.)
Questionhow good is the maxidesk software pkg? does it load into back of memory?
Jim G: Have only seen it briefly. Can't remember if it is in a window or not.
QuestionWhy was the Amiga's arrow keys laid out in that horrible vertical diamond shape? Why not the Inverted-T layout (a la the Atari ST, pardon my profanity!) which has been proven to be the most ergonomic and efficient layout?
Jim G: I only work here ok. Seriously the decisions on keyboard layout and packages are not items I'm consulted on. I don't know that the inverted-T has been PROVEN to be anything yet.
QuestionROMWack requires you to have a Terminal connected to Serial Port at 9600 Baud. When a Fatal error occurs or Debug() is called, memory may be interactively examined.(Definitely a Developer's tool)
Jim G: Thanks for the info
QuestionPlain and simple. Any bugs found yet??
Jim G: Plain and simple – yes.
QuestionI have heard that a THIRD-PARTY company is shipping a Transformer-like IBM Emu- lator on disk NOW!
Jim G: Wouldn't be suprised. EA beat us with Graphicraft and it looks like Activision may beat us with Musicraft. Why stop there.
QuestionAre there plans in the works for a low- end or high-end Amiga? (Ex. faster, more memory and higher price for the high end, less memory, fewer ports, etc. on the low-end for a smaller sum)
Jim G: Variations on the theme are definitely being considered.
QuestionDo you know of a any program I can use to dump a screen to a printer?
Jim G: I assume you mean a screen not in a graphic package. Someone is apparently working on that but I don't remember any details.
QuestionDo you know of any major additions to the OS being incorporated in the latest version being written?
Jim G: I don't know that too many new things are being added as much as the little bugs being fixed.
Questionis there any difference between the 1902 monitor the original AMIGA monitor???
Jim G: Yes. The 1902 is not capable of RGB analog display.
QuestionIf CBM/Amiga offers a higher-quality monitor, I would hope it also included 2 speakers for stereo output.
Jim G: Twould be nice. The original plan for the 1080 included them.
QuestionJim I live in NW ARK and can't find an A MIGA anywhere got any suggestions for an arkie????
Jim G: Not with me. Send me a piece of mail and I'll get you the name of your local type dealer.
QuestionWill CBM be launching another big sales drive for the Amiga? They seem to have been very quiet lately.
Jim G: $$$$$$$
QuestionWhen the 1070's were the monitors for dealer demos and the only ones available people were waiting for the wonderful 1080 with it's stereo speakers and long- persistance phosphors. Well, it's here. No stereo. No LPP. In fact, it's dot pitch (determining final resolution) is considerably worse than the 1070. Maybe you should have stuck with the 1070, no?
Jim G: We've had problems with monitor OEM's. Everytime we settle down they dump us. Not entirely our choice. However, I don't think the 1080 was ever intended to have LLP
Questionwhy does the object editor limit sprites to only 4 colors? (or does it?)
Jim G: Workbench is brought up in a 2 plane screen so only 4 colors are available.
QuestionI heard that there is an upgrade kit for your 1902 to convert it to an analog RGB mon.
Jim G: Not from us.
QuestionAre there any plans to introduce a LISP environment for the Amiga?
Jim G: Already been released. Its a Commodore product
QuestionAny hardware add-ons with additional RS-232 ports yet?
Jim G: No. Unlikely because the Amiga is not multi-user.
QuestionAny interesting NEWS from the West Coast Commodore Show?
Jim G: About the most interesting news was that there are a lot of people developing hardware and software for the Amiga that we did'nt even know about. No official type C= news though
QuestionSomeday there will be 1.2?? What exactly do you mean??
Jim G: The operating system will be upgraded from 1.1 to 1.2 and everyone will get updates again.
QuestionIS THE 1541 COMPATABLE TO THE 128
Jim G: Yes. ???
QuestionIs the system ever going to be burned in the machine, or is it always to be disk based?
Jim G: Always disk based. More fun this way
Questionany truth to the rumor of MSDOS for the Amiga?
Jim G: Yes. The transformer.
QuestionThere is reportedly the save with replac e bug on all commodore computers–did it carry over into the Amiga if not how was that changed?
Jim G: The Amiga uses "dumb" drives with all the DOS system in the Amiga. It wasn't even written by us this time!
QuestionJim – Do you know if MicroSoft is presently working on a compiler for AmigaBasic?
Jim G: Don't think Microsift is
QuestionWhen will a custom printer configuration program be available to install printers not listed in Preferences?
Jim G: Have one in hand. I don't know when it will be released. It supports only the text drivers but looks very nice. There are 255 parameters that may be set and then the driver is called SPECIAL on your Workbench disk to be used from Preferences
QuestionJim-I know this question is asked a lot but, Where is all the software? Everybod y say's that it has the "most software for any micro during it's introduction i n history". I've seen What is supposed t o be out, but WHEN is it coming out???? I will be getting one in 2 months. I hav e to make the honor roll 1 more time!!!!
Jim G: As we said almost 100 packages now with another 50 (at least) by spring. Remember, the Amiga only started shipping in Sep/Oct. That's only 4-5 months ago.
QuestionI think Commodore's current problems are traceable to the apparent fact that they have Albert Einstien as head of R&D but Sherrif Roscoe P. Coaltrain as VP of Marketing! 🙂
Jim G: I better not comment.
QuestionHey Jim, How is the dealership situation at this point in time. How many are there?
Jim G: I think we are still around 700. The number have been fixed by stores/population. There are many dealers that want to become Amiga dealers, but right now they'll have to wait
QuestionWhere can I get better documentation on Amiga Basic's Library command and the way Basic stores Bobs.
Jim G: AmigaBASIC is heavily based directly on the operating system. I was able to pick up a lot of info by reading the ROM kernal manuals
QuestionWhat do you mean by "on a level with Commodore P.D. disks"? What is required for a software writer to be recognized by Commodore? Is there any way we can provide the WORKBENCH with software we sell? We may be trying to make a buck, but we also may have a good product!
Jim G: I wasn't refering to all of the software. Some programs are nothing more than one or two vanilla BASIC programs right out of and old Creative Computing book. Many developers do include Workbench on their disks. Call Commodore to find out what the limitations are.
QuestionActually, an answer to the person who asked about a multi-user BBS: It would be possible, but the limitations have more to do with adding extra RS-232C ports and modems (1 each per line!) than with running the required tasks!
Jim G: Its nice to have smart people on line.
Question(ref:kickstart)then what is workbench?
Jim G: Workbench is the Iconic user interface. In other words, the windows with little pictures is Workbench. Its actually only 1 possible user interface.
QuestionHi JIM. I am a dealer. I was told FIRMLY by Commodore not to offer the AMIGA below retail. And yet I see other companies doing so. What is the deal?
Jim G: Give C= a call to verify, but as I understand it no advertised discounting is allowed but in-store promotions and wheeling are. Well I've got 16 guests and 19 questions. Steady as she goes. About 30 minutes behind
QuestionCan Deluxe Paint be run at the same time an Amiga Basic is being run? I would like to transfer graphics.
Jim G: Transfering graphics has to do with the package you are using, not whether it runs in a window. Each window or task is completely independent, and unless the program LETS you transfer things, you can't.
QuestionWhat color printer would you recommend for the Amiga?
Jim G: For $1300 the Diablo C-150 for $300 the Okimate 20
QuestionJim, can you tell us the bug still in the Amiga's DOS an this time? Qlog Cyber
Jim G: There are really truly more than one. One I can think of is if you call up an Info screen and pull a workbench window up over it, the icons don't show up. Hard to live with isn't it
QuestionI asked about the Transformer earlier. The hardware adder circuit is a planned inexpensive circuit board containing an adder circuit, to duplicate the segment- style addressing of the 8086-family. This is supposed to boost computational performance of IBM Emulation from about 75% of IBM speed to 100%. . I have a better idea for a name for the IBM Emulator (too late, I know): "LOBOTOMY"!
Jim G: We call that board the Accelerator. It will hopefully increase speed to 115% It is based on the Transformer however, and won't appear before it.
QuestionHow many Amigas have been sold so far???
Jim G: 35-40K rough estimate
QuestionWhich IBM COMAL did you try? Mytech COMAL or IBM PC-COMAL (by UniCOMAL)?
Jim G: IBM PC-COMAL.
QuestionTell me more about Amazing Computing: publisher, frequency, subscription info, etc.
Jim G: Don't know. Premier issue just came out. Its some small company. Looks sort of like The Guide.
QuestionWhat bugs have been found?? Please be specific!!
Jim G: Don't Panic! Nothing harmful that I know of.
Questionhow soon on a digitizer?
Jim G: About 6 weeks. A~2 is developing it and they are still in final prototype. Price <$300
QuestionPlain and simple once more. Are they determental bugs? Should I wait for later versions??
Jim G: Guess I shouldn't have mentioned that, huh? Again nothing detremental
QuestionJim, I was just wondering what the expansion limits of am Amiga are? QLOG Cyber
Jim G: 512K internal. 8Mbytes external
QuestionI have a Star SG-10 and have hear that there is no setting on the Amiga for this printer. Is there anyway to fix this problem??? Be Specific!!
Jim G: Use the Epson driver for now. You'll have to wait for an SG-10 specific otherwise. Certain features won't be supported under the Epson
QuestionI thought the 1080 where to have stereo speakers??
Jim G: Were is the trick. Things changed
QuestionHas CBM gotten it's Bank loans squared away and has CBMs statement this week cut back on the negative rumers?
Jim G: Bank loans are being worked on. Rumors have been around all three years I've been working there.
Questionwhat type of software is the amiga still in need of?
Jim G: Productivity and small business (both integrated and capable of multi-tasking) That's what's needed to really get it off the ground.
QuestionAmiga SIG will meet in Public"Amiga SIG" after Jim's talk here. – AmigaAmigo –
Jim G: Please note again
QuestionCan Humans read the Rom Kernal Manuals ordo you need a degree in Computer Science to figure them out? 😉
Jim G: Slow and easy and you can get through them. It is not a beginner's look at the Amiga or anything. You'll have to wait for the third party books for that. (Sybex has one I beleive)
QuestionCan you put an update of AMIGA dealers in CIN? The current list is from Sept.
Jim G: I can't. But I'll get the information to Q-Link and ask them nicely.
QuestionHas the been any BBS prgs written for the Amiga….? And if not how soon do you expect to see some on the market?
Jim G: BBS-PC from Micro-Systems not only has been released but is being used on a number of BBS's
QuestionWhat kind of response is C= getting from software developers??
Jim G: Marvelous. Everyone seems to be trying to write something. We know of about 1500 developers with machines currently.
Questionso the 1080 will not have stereo speakers in future versions??
Jim G: That is correct
QuestionAny plans for a high density drive? (ie: kodaks 1meg 5 1/2")
Jim G: Not currently. There are three companies working on hard drives however. There are no longer any questions. Anybody have one? In the meantime let me run off some new software and hardware I saw and heard about at the WCCA show I saw specs for a PC expansion box (allowing the use of all PC peripherals) a sound digitizer both for under $1000. A broadcast quality Genlock interface and Smpte barcode reader both for <$1000. Mimetics has a little sound digitizer which plugs into the mouse port. The sound files are compatible with Musicraft. B.E.S.T. has a fully integrated business package (Accounting, general ledger, etc…) which be ready about april/may. let me get to a couple of questions
QuestionWhat limitations apply to the use of external RAM. For example, I understand that Graphics data can only be USED when it's "inside" (but can be stored anywhere otherwise, of course). -RedCam-
Jim G: The custon chips (including for graphics and sound) can only directly acces the 512K of internal RAM. To use external RAM the data must be transfered internally first.
QuestionHow many Amigas does C= expect to have on the market by the end of the year?? (in use in homes, industry, etc…)
Jim G: Haven't heard any official figures but I wouldn't be suprised with 100,000 units.
QuestionWhy are Amigas rel difficult to obtain? Is it caution on the part of stores (in ordering) or backlogs in Amiga production at the manufacturer, or some- other factors?
Jim G: Caution in the stores. Many dealers are concerned with getting stuck with a boatload of Amigas. Some dealers however have many in stock. You might want to shop around.
Questionwith the right software and hardware, is it possible to edit and create special effects for production quality video?
Jim G: Yes. With the digitizer and a genlock you can create very impressive videos with freeze motion, multiple images, color variations, image blending etc…
QuestionWhat is the student discount policy some one else mentioned earlier? Type studen t % discount etc.
Jim G: College educators and students are apparently going to get a 25% discount on the Amiga. I don't know if the plan has actually started yet or what the fine details are
QuestionDoes C= plan to offer any other discount plans to people other than students??
Jim G: Not at this time.
QuestionAre there any software packages that allow smooth scrolling of characters… like movie titles??
Jim G: Not that I know of, but that wouldn't be that difficult in AmigaBasic Ok there are an even dozen of you now. Any questions?
QuestionDo you know if Movie Maker will be re- leased for the Amiga? Or can you name a simuliar package that will be available?
Jim G: Aegis Animator is almost the same. The backgrounds can be created from Dpaint or Graphicraft and the animations are laid on top. It is actually a tweening package meaning that you specify beginning and ending points and the package figures out how to move it. You can also metamorphise objects from one shape to another.
Questionhow much for 8 meg external memory, and when will it be available?
Jim G: A completely stocked 2Mbyte board from Tecmar will set you back around $1500
Questioncould you get SMOOTH fine scrolling in AmigaBasic?
Jim G: Not sure right off, but I would guess there is some way to do it. If you can do it on the 64 you should be able to do it on the amiga. Right?
QuestionIs there a central location that we can get PD prgms from?
Jim G: User Groups. There are a number of Amiga user groups forming. Watch the Amiga magazines for info. They generally distribute pd programs for the cost of duplicating. Another great place is on the Amiga bulletin boards around. There are ones in NY, FL, CO and CA that I know of (sorry no nubers. I'll see if I can get those numbers uploaded onto Qlink
QuestionI came late, and I hate to ask this, but ….. When will transformer be available?
Jim G: Hopefully March. They're apparently deciding how compatible it has to be before release.
QuestionAny word on Q-Link software for AMIGAS?
Jim G: NO! Keep sending those cards and letters to Q-Link. If enough people complain they may start one. We've tried prodding them to go but so far no luck
Questionwil we be able to edit/add to an incoming video signal (vcr, etc…) with digitizer?
Jim G: The digitizer freezes the image. Once frozen and saved, you can load the into and graphic package supporting the IFF format (the definition isn't important just watch for it. Its a standard that almost all the products are currently using. It insures that files created by one package with be compatable with the others.
QuestionWill external memory expansion need an outside power source?
Jim G: Not for the 2Meg. Maybe for the full 8.
QuestionI asked about memory- did you receve the question (i got bumped off)? – RedCam –
Jim G: I probably received and anwsered. What was it?
Questionre:8 meg… does that mean there isnt an 8 meg card in the works from C=?
Jim G: Commodore is producing ANY of the external expansion cards. They are all coming from Tecmar or other third party.
QuestionWhat is the relationship between Q-Link and CBM? Is Q-Link the "Official" CBM network?
Jim G: It is currently the official CBM network. There are other relationships but I've never quite figured them out. I know Quantum gets mad if we talk about them being related too closely.
QuestionWhat limitations apply to the use of external memory? For example, I under- stand that Graphics data can be dis- played only while in internal RAM. – RedCam –
Jim G: Yes. The custom chips can only directly access the internal 512K. Anything in the external memory must first be transfered into the internal 512K. Its a limiting factor on the graphics but an advantage in the multitasking. A task working entirely in external RAM will run faster because I has the 68000 attention exclusively. (assuming it doesn't use graphics or sound) Well. No questions are pending. I'll take one more round and then shut it down a little early. Last Call.
QuestionThe Graphics data placement is the only limitation then?
Jim G: graphics and sound. Ok. Thats it then. Good night folks. Thanks for your attention and patience……wait a minute, hey you in the corner. WAKE UP. I'll tell you I dont get no respect.
QuestionJim, are you going to be in the Amiga room afterwords? – RedCam –
Jim G: Don't think so. I'm still trying to recover from my week out in San Francisco. Night All. See you in March. As usual I have no idea what night they have me scheduled but it should be back onto a monday night.
